Hadi Makarechian

Hadi Makarechian is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Capital Pacific Homes, Inc. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Makar Properties LLC and Banning Lewis Ranch Management Company.[1]

Makarechian was born in Iran in 1948, where his family owned the country's largest construction and development company.[2]
