Accel Partners is a venture capital firm founded in 1983 that invests in technology companies.
It is among the most active investors in the education technology field. According to venture capital database, CB Insights, it was the fifth most active Ed Tech investor from 2010–2015.[1]
It was founded by Arthur Patterson and Jim Swartz.
