Jo Barnes is the co-owner and co-founder of Sauce Communications.

Career
In 1998 Barnes joined Quadrille Publishing as the PR and marketing manager.
In 2001 she co-founded Sauce Communications with her childhood friend Nicky Hancock. Sauce are a PR and marketing company 'that specialises in the hospitality industry, chefs and all things related to food and drink'.[1]
At Quadrille, Barnes worked with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey, and it is Ramsey who she claims was her inspiration to launch an agency. He has been a client of Sauce since it was founded.[2]
