Geoffrey Robinson has been the Labour MP for Coventry North West since 1976. He has served as Shadow Spokesperson (Science) 1982-83, Shadow Spokesperson (Trade and Industry) 1983-87, Paymaster General (HM Treasury) 1997-98.[1]
In the 2015 general election, Robinson was re-elected with a majority of 4,509. [2]
