The Handa Foundation
The Handa Foundation is an international NGO founded in 2012 by Dr Haruhisa Handa in 2012, and registered in the UK, the US and Cambodia.[1] It describes itself as ' a non-religious, non-political, not-for-profit organization with the mission of building hospitals and schools in various countries of Southeast Asia.'[1]
