Heidi Miller
Heidi Miller is on the board of HSBC Holdings plc.

Career
Miller has worked at some of the richest banks in the world, she was executive vice president and CFO of Citigroup Inc from 1998 to 2000, senior executive vice president of Priceline.com Inc from 2000 to 2001, executive vice president and CFO of Bank One Corporation from 2002 to 2004.[1]
She has held a number of roles at JP Morgan Chase and Co., including running the treasury & securities services division from 2004 to 2010 and president of international from 2010 to 2012.[1]
She is currently a non-executive director of payment solutions company First Data Corporation and American manufacturer General Mills Inc and a trustee of the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation.[2]
HSBC
She was appointed to the HSBC board of directors in September 2014 and is currently an independent non-executive director, member of the group risk committee and the conduct & values committee.[2]
