Joan Ruddock

Joan Ruddock has been the Labour MP for Lewisham Deptford since 1987. Her parliamentary career has included Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department of Social Security) (Women) 1997-98, Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) (Climate Change, Biodiversity and Waste) 2007-08, Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Energy and Climate Change) 2008-09, Minister of State (Department of Energy and Climate Change) 2009-10, and Shadow Minister (Energy and Climate Change) 2010-10.[1] She is married to the Labour MP Frank Doran.[2]
