Isabel Spearman has been a special adviser to Downing Street since 2010. She works for the prime ministers's wife Samantha Cameronn as her righthand woman. A role which she fills to help 'run her diary and pull together outfits for public events' according to The Guardian. [1]
Background
Spearman previously worked for the fashion designer Anya Hindmarch. [2]
The Evening Standard states that Spearman started off 'working for Mrs Cameron’s mother, Lady Astor, at her furniture company Oka after having been employed as a PR executive to handbag designer Anya Hindmarch, one of Samantha Cameron’s closest friends.' [3]
