Latin American Perspectives (ISSN: 0094-582X) is a peer reviewed journal provides a forum for discussion and debate on the political economy of capitalism, imperialism, and socialism in the Americas. The journal provides a vital 'multidisciplinary view of the powerful forces that shape the Americas, most issues focus on a single problem, nation, or region, providing an in-depth look from participants and scholars.' The journal which is published by Sage Publications is issued six times a year and was founded in 1974. [1]
