The most recent appointment, Peter Hickson joined the Board on 1st September 2006.
He is currently Chairman of the water company AWG plc and is a non-executive director of Telent plc. Peter has a strong finance background and was Finance Director of Powergen plc, the electricity and gas company, for six years until its acquisition by EON in 2002. [2]
