Waggener Edstrom are a public relations agency, founded in 1983 and with offices in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and the USA. They work mainly with technology companies and have done a lot of work with Bill Gates and Microsoft throughout their history.

- 1983 - Melissa Waggener Zorkin creates The Waggener Group in Portland, Oregon.
- 1984 - Pam Edstrom joins the company.
- 1990 - Pam Edstrom awarded a partnership in the company and Waggener Group becomes Waggener Edstrom.
- 2000 - Waggener Edstrom Bioscience, now the Healthcare practice, formed.
- 2001 - London office opened.
- 2003 - Purchase New-York based PR firm Maloney & Fox.
- 2005 - Acquire Shout Holdings Limited, which has offices in Hong Kong, China and Singapore.
- 2005 - Name changed to Waggener Edstrom Worldwide
