Monroe Palmer, Baron Palmer of Childs Hill, is a Liberal Democrat politician and was made life peer in 2011.[1]
From 1976 to 1983 he was treasurer of the party.
He was chair of Liberal Democrat Friends of Israel until 2010 and is currently Vice President.[2]
He sits on the advisory board of Student Rights, a project of the Henry Jackson Society.[3]
