Frank Lowy is the founder and Chairman of the Lowy Institute. He is also the Chairman and co-founder of the Westfield Group. Lowy served as Westfield’s Chief Executive Officer for over 50 years and assumed a non-executive role in May 2011. He is the Chairman of The Institute for National Security Studies and of Football Federation of Australia. From 1995 until December 2005, Mr Lowy was a Member of the Board of the Reserve Bank of Australia.[1]
