Operation Millipede

Operation Millipede was an investigation by the Serious Organised Crime Agency which led to conviction of four private investigators who pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit fraud by illegally obtaining confidential information.[1]

Operation Millipede commenced in July 2008; the first arrests were made in May 2009; and the defendants in Operation MILLIPEDE were sentenced on 27th February 2012.[2]
