Kurdish National Council in Syria

The Kurdish National Council in Syria s an umbrella group for sixteen Syrian Kurdish parties. It was formed on October 26, 2011, in Erbil, Iraq, under the sponsorship of Masoud Barzani, the president of the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government.[1]
