Professor Diána Bánáti is a former chair of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) forced to resign over her links to the GM industry via the powerful lobbying group the International Life Sciences Institute (ILSI).[1]
Bánáti took up a new post as executive and scientific director of theInternational Life Sciences Institute (ILSI) on 1 July 2012.[2]
