Anne James was a GCHQ employee who died in the 1994 Mull of Kintyre Chinook crash.[1]

She had worked for GHCQ for 18 months at the time of her death, and had been seconded to the Northern Ireland Office for the previous 18 months. According to the Herald, the victims were all members of the "Tactical Co-ordination Group", possibly a reference to Tasking Co-ordination Groups.[1]
