Thierry de Montbrial
Thierry de Montbrial has been the director of the French Institute of International Relations since 1979. From 1973 to 1979, he was director of the Policy Planning Staff at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was a Professor at the École Polytechnique from 1973 to 2008.[1]
