Steve Ibinson
Steve Ibinson (1975-2009)[1] was a special forces soldier and private investigator.[2]
Ibinson served in the Parachute Regiment.[3] According to the Daily Mail, Ibinson served at the SAS.[4]
He left the army at 27, settling in Belfast and setting up his own private investigation firm.[3]
From 2005 onwards, Ibinson worked closely with journalist Martin Breen on a number of investigations, including tracking down the killer of Pat Finucane, Ken Barrett to his home in England, following his release from jail.[5]
