YO! Sushi is a fast food chain established in 1997 and specialising in sushi, owned by Quilvest and the YO! Sushi senior UK management team. [1]
YO! Sushi have signed up to all of the food and drink pledges contained within the government's Responsibility Deal Alcohol Network and Responsibility Deal Food Network. Some of the pledges agreed to by YO!Sushi including presenting calorie and nutritional information in restaurants the firm have been standard practice since 2008.[2] This is an important consideration when considering how valuable the Public Health Responsibility Deal will be in the promotion of public health.
