MI6 Middle East and Africa Controllerate
The Middle East and Africa Controllerate is reported to be a section of the Secret Intelligence Service, better known as (MI6). According to intelligence author Michael Smith, the Controllerate is part of the Regional Affairs Directorate.[1] According to Stephen Dorril, the merger of the previous Africa and Middle East controllerates took place in 1995.[2]
