Edward Andrew Perronet Sells (born 30 November 1948) is a British Chartered Accountant and Conservative Party donor. He was appointed a Trustee of the right-wing think-tank Policy Exchange on 30 October 2007.
The Electoral Commission's Register of donations to political parties lists two donations made to the Conservative Party by 'Mr Edward A Sells'. The first donation totaling £5,500 was accepted on 31 December 2007 and the second totally £9,500 was accepted on 8 September 2009. The former was registered as a Section 62(12) donation, meaning that it represents the aggregate sum of a number of donations which would otherwise not have exceeded the £5,000 threshold requiring registration.
