Virginia Mary Fraser (born 7 October 1950) is a writer for Homes & Gardens magazine and the widow of Frank Johnson, [1] a former deputy editor of the The Sunday Telegraph (1995-99) and editor of The Spectator. [2] She was appointed a Trustee of the right-wing think-tank Policy Exchange on 31 July 2007.
