She joined public affairs firm Hill & Knowlton's Brussels office in 2007, where she stayed for only 6 months (January 2007 - June 2007). In the company, she brought experience in financial services regulation.
In her previous position she worked in the European Parliament as an assistant to Wolf Klinz MEP, the Liberal political groups coordinator in the economic and monetary affairs committee. On taking her position she said, "After almost 5 years in the European Parliament it is a great new challenge to see the EU from outside the European institutions while still keeping in close contact with them."[2]
