Simon Summers
Simon Summers worked in the House of Lords and European Commission before he moved to the European Newspaper Publishers Association (ENPA) as European Policy Advisor and then to Human Dynamics, an Austrian PR company.

Background
On 8th October 2007, Simon Summers was appointed European Policy Advisor at the European Newspaper Publishers Association (ENPA). Prior to this Mr Summers worked as a central European Affairs Analyst at the European Commission. He previously worked in DG Education in Culture and before that, as a Sub-Committee Researcher at the House of Lords (UK Parliament).[1]
In June 2009, Summers has joined Human Dynamics, an Austrian public affairs consultancy based in Vienna and specialising in economic development, institution building and good governance, as Business Development Manager. [2]
Summers holds an MA degree in European Studies from the Jagiellonian University, Poland.
