Reginald Otten joined Fleishman Hillard Brussels on 1st October 2007 as a consultant, working primarily as a senior member of the Brussels ICT-Telecoms practice. Mr Otten brings with him several years' experience in public affairs on EU issues for multinational blue chip clients. He has also worked for the European Commission and the European Parliament.[1]
