HR 550
HR 550 aims "To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow individuals and businesses a temporary credit against income tax for the purchase of certain vehicles."[1] It was quoted by Robert R. Rose (Executive Director of the US Fuel Cell Council) in a subcommittee hearing involving The House Ways and Means Committee.[2]
