CO19
CO19, formerly known as SO19, is the Specialist Firearm Command branch of the Metropolitan Police Service.[1]
Stockwell shooting
Two officers from CO19 shot dead Jean Charles De Menezes at Stockwell Underground station on 22 July 2005, in the mistaken belief that he was a suicide bomber.[2]
