Major-General Fergus Ling

Major-General Fergus Alan Humphrey Ling (5 August 1914 - 7 May 1995) was the Defence Services Consultant for the Institute for the Study of Conflict from 1970.[1] He was a Council member of the Institute and its successor organisation the Research Institute for the Study of Conflict and Terrorism up until his death.
