Culture and Sport Glasgow has established a trading subsidiary called Culture and Sport Glasgow Trading Community Interest Company to undertake the management and development of commercial activities which Culture and Sport Glasgow cannot undertake as a charity. Its Board is comprised of:

• Edward Crozier

• Councillor Stephen Curran

• Councillor Archie Graham

• Bridget McConnell (Chief Executive of Culture and Sport Glasgow)

• Flora Martin

• Seumas MacInnes

It is stated on the Culture and Sport Glasgow website that 'all net income generated by Culture and Sport Glasgow Trading CIC will be Gift Aided to Culture and Sport Glasgow to be invested in the charitable aims of the company.'
