George Miller

George Miller was a research officer at the Institute for European Defence and Strategic Studies between 1979 and 1983. In 1983 he left and set up the Russian Research Foundation and published Soviet Labour Review. In 1991 Miller was an adviser to the Russian Federation Committee for State Property, the ministry responsiuble for privatising state assets.
