Mike Penning
Mike Penning has been the Conservative Party MP for Hemel Hempstead since 2005. He was a shadow health minister from 2007 to 2010. He was Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department for Transport) (Roads and Motoring) from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, he was appointed a Minister of State at the Northern Ireland Office.[1] He was appointed as a junior minister at the Department for Work and Pensions in October 2013.[2]
In July 2014, Penning was appointed as minister of state at the Home Office and Minister of State at the Ministry of Justice.[3]

Penning attended the Army v Navy rugby match on 29 April 2017 at the invitation of Babcock; it is known that the CEO of Babcock, Archie Bethel, was also present. [4]
Electoral results
In the 2015 general election, Penning was re-elected with a majority of 14,420. [5]
