Individual Rights Center

The Individual Rights Center is the legal arm of the David Horowitz Freedom Center.[1]
Cases
Cases include Horowitz v. County of Los Angeles, in which the IRF appealed the decision to remove the cross from the county emblem, and litigation in conjunction with the Boy Scouts of America, claiming that the organization was unfairly discriminated against on account of its stance on homosexuality.
