Richard Parr

Richard Parr is Special Adviser to David Cameron and has been since 2012.[1]

Previously he was a Special Adviser to the Secretary of State for International Development Andrew Mitchell.[2]

Parr read History at Oxford University, graduating in 2004.[1]
