Aston Manor Brewery is one of the largest independent cider brewers in the UK. They produce over half of the UK's own brand cider for supermarkets and retailers.[1] Established in 1983, the company has grown quickly. In 1997 it became a partner of Bass Brewers (now Coors) to develop bottling technology. This proved lucrative, allowing the company to increase production. The UK cider market has grown rapidly in recent years and Aston Manor have capitalised on this trend. Their expansion and innovative packaging enabled them to supply large corporations including Coors, Carlsberg (UK and Sweden), Heineken, Anheuser-Busch InBev and C&C Group who sell Magners, a premium cider. [2] Aston Manor are Signatories to Responsibility Deal Alcohol Network Labelling Pledge. [3]
