Brian Hutton

James Brian Edward Hutton, Baron Hutton, PC (member of Her Majesty's Privy Council), was born June 29, 1931. He is a former Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland and British Lord of Appeal in Ordinary.
David Kelly affair
Hutton chaired the controversial inquiry into the David Kelly scandal. According to a report in the Daily Mail, in 2010, in a highly unusual order, Lord Hutton secretly barred the release of all medical records, including the results of the post mortem, and unpublished evidence.[1]
