note I have adjusted your refs on the Latham page. the format should be that you put the url and then a space and then the title of the article or web page--all this should go in square brackets and then the title becomes the hotlink. simple...

eg <ref>[http:www.biggles.co.uk/about About Biggles Co.], Biggles Co. website, accessed 4 Feb 2010</ref>
