Rachel Whetstone
Rachel Whetstone is Vice President, Global Communications & Public Affairs for Google, which she joined in 2005, 'after 15 years advising senior politicians and FTSE companies on their strategic communications.'[1] Whetstone is a former conservative party operative, close to David Cameron, the partner PR operative and Tory speechwritier Steve Hilton.

- Cameron launched his campaign for the Tory leadership at Policy Exchange in 2005. Rachel Whetstone, the well-connected Conservative and partner of Steve Hilton, Cameron's strategist, is one of the thinktank's trustees.[2]
