Kingsmead Communications is run by Colin Duncan. Could this be the same Colin Duncan who was the Corporate and Public Affairs Director for BNFL? [2] [3]

Duncan left BNFL in 2000 after eight years in the job and moved to Rolls-Royce. In 2004 he then moved to the financial PR company Granfield on a part-time basis. ^{[4] [5]}
