European Business Strategies

European Business Strategies is a secretive consulting business set up by the controversial lobbyist Mike Wood, of Whitehall Advisers. Colin Balmer, former senior mandarin at the MoD and cabinet Office, and non-executive board member of defence giant Qinetiq, was invited by Wood to join European Business Strategies.
