Robert Charles Clark

Robert Charles Clark is a director of Omnicom. He is Harvard University Distinguished Service Professor, Harvard Law School. He was Dean of Harvard Law School from July 1989 to July 2003. He has served as professor of law at Harvard since 1979, and before that, was a tenured professor at Yale Law School. His specialty is corporate law. Mr. Clark is a director of Collins & Aikman Corp. and Time Warner, Inc. Mr. Clark is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA).
