Beis Chinuch Primary School Limited (company 06257999; charity 1121212) is an Orthodox Jewish educational charitable company in Edgware, London Borough of Barnet. It was incorporated on 24 May 2007 as a private company limited by guarantee and registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales on 15 October 2007.[1][2] It is the proprietor company named by Ofsted for Edgware Jewish Girls – Beis Chinuch (URN 136014). It is a different legal person from Beis Chinuch Lebonos Limited (Hackney girls’ school and nursery) and from Friends of Beis Chinuch Lebonos Trust.

This company does not appear on the Commission’s published May, August or December 2025 lists of charities added to the cashed-cheques class inquiry. Those lists named the Friends trust and Beis Chinuch Lebonos Limited, not this Edgware company.[3]

Alleged or apparent misdeed

No Charity Commission inquiry into this company was named in the May 2025, August/September 2025 or December 2025 published class-inquiry tranches. The similarly named Friends of Beis Chinuch Lebonos Trust and Beis Chinuch Lebonos Limited were entered in those lists. Absence from those press lists is not a Commission clearance; it is only the public record retrieved for this profile.

Ofsted placed the school in Requires Improvement in 2022 and restored Good in 2024.

Relations to Jewish communal organisations, Israel lobby groups, and Israel and the occupied territories

The company exists to run an Orthodox girls’ primary in Edgware and uses Yeshurun Federation Synagogue for part of the provision. Trustee Nechemia Jaffe is listed on Giving is Great as also a trustee of Friends of Yeshivat Meor Hatalmud (a UK friends body for a yeshiva). No filing retrieved for this profile shows a grant by this company to the Israeli government or to a named UK Israel-lobby organisation.

Do not conflate with Beis Chinuch Lebonos Limited (Woodberry Down, Hackney; class inquiry, December 2025) or Friends of Beis Chinuch Lebonos Trust (class inquiry, May 2025).
