Jonathan Altaras runs Jonathan Altaras Associates (JAA), a company which acts as celebrity agents. He gave £1,500 to the Labour Party in March 2001.

JAA represent actors including Ewan McGregor, Martin Shaw, Adrian Edmondson, Art Malik, Sean Pertwee, Derek Thompson, Joe Mcgann and Robert Powell.
