Andrew Cooper

Andrew Cooper is a former special adviser to the Conservative Party. Between 2011 and 2013 he worked as director of political strategy for David Cameron. [1]
According to The Telegraph Cooper left his full-time Downing Street job to return to Populus, the polling company that he founded in 2003. [2]
He returned to Populus, the high profile market research company in October 2013. [3]
Cooper however has remained a close adviser to the Prime Minister and is will direct the party’s data analysis operation during the election 2015 campaign. [2]
