Alexander Knaster (born 19 February, 1959) is a Russian-born US businessman, billionaire, and founder of hedge fund Pamplona Capital Management.

He lives in London and is a major donor to the UK Conservative Party and a member of David Cameron's exclusive Leader's Group. He has reportedly given over £400k to the Tories and is a business partner of the oligarch Mikhail Friedman.
