Claire Harkins is a social researcher interested in identifying corporate influence on public health discourse and policy. Claire is currently working on a PhD at the University of Bath that explores the governance of alcohol control policy and the role of stakeholders in the development and implementation of policy. Claire is also working on the European Commission funded project ALICE-RAP, and has responsibility for bringing an understanding of the role of corporations and their proxies to the field of addiction research. Claire is editor of the Alcohol Portal on Powerbase.
