Alexander Duleba is Director of Research, Slovak Foreign Policy Association (SFPA) in Bratislava and a Member of the Academic Board of the School of Political Sciences and International Relations, University of Matej Bel in Banska Bystrica. Mr Duleba has served as Honorary Foreign Policy Adviser to President of the Slovak Republic, Rudolf Schuster (2003 - 2004).[1] He specialises mainly on Russia, Ukraine, and the former USSR countries.[2]
