As part of Globalisation: European Commission and the Pharmaceutical Industry
This is the activity of European Commission whereby in the context of the EU pharmaceutical industry, MRAs faciliate the international trading of pharmaceutical products. Essentially, MRAs set out the conditions between the EU and other countries in the trading and promoting of pharmaceuticals. The Commission's pharmaceutical unit play an important role in actively promoting the trading of such products between the EU and countries on a global scale, e.g. Canada, the US, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Japan.
