Participle is company which aims to create partnerships between the private sector, the third sector and local and central government to deliver public services[1]
People
Participle aims to deliver large scale projects by creating partnerships between private, third sector and local government. They say that society is facing new problems which cant be solved by traditional public services. They argue that we need to focus on understanding individual motivations, individual behaviour changes and directly engage the citizens with the service.[2]
