The European Security Advocacy Group (ESAG) is, according to its now defunct website:

ESAG is a private, non-profit foundation which is under Dutch jurisdiction. The aim of the organisation is raise awareness about the effects of terrorism in Europe. In order to do this, ESAG places adverts in newspapers, magazines and on TV. [1]
